Thought I'd try ordering from a new Chinese New Life on Milton Road tonight. What a mistake. Ordered the food at 5:35pm, the status of the order changed to delivered at 6:25pm but it obviously was not delivered. When I called the restaurant said that just eat automatically changes the status of the order to delivered even when it has not been. It is now 7:15pm and the food is yet to be delivered. I ordered this at 5:35pm. I have just called the restaurant at 7:02 to ask what is taking so long, and I heard the driver say she was just getting to Instead Rise to deliver another order. So the expensive food order that I ordered at 5:35pm won't get to me until 7:30pm, despite living within 5 minutes of the restaurant next to the market!! Frustrated and hungry!!! The food has finally arrived at 7:47pm and all of it cold. What a joke. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
