I highly recommend New Rochelle Bakery! I have used this bakery since 2021. We get all of our cakes from there. Every cake I get, I am always genuinely impressed. Everything is fresh and flavorful. The staff is very welcoming and patient when ordering. The bakery is clean, cozy, and has a great atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their products. By far my favorite bakery! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order for my father’s 65th birthday cake three weeks in advance and confirmed all of the details multiple times by both phone and text. Despite taking every precaution to ensure the order was correct, the cake was never delivered. To make matters worse, I was still charged for the order. When I called to speak with a manager, I was never given the opportunity to speak directly with one. Instead, I had to relay the entire situation through another employee who repeatedly put me on hold. At no point did a manager reach out, take accountability, or offer a sincere apology for what happened. A milestone birthday only comes once, and because of this bakery’s lack of communication, follow-through, and customer service, my father’s 65th birthday celebration was negatively impacted. Mistakes can happen, but the way this situation was handled afterward was even more frustrating than the missed delivery itself. I expected far better service, professionalism, and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling ignored, disappointed, and unwilling to trust this business with an important event again. Meal type: Other Price per person: $100+ Food: 1 Service: 1

Great experience, had last minute orders and they were great. Clean place, very unique. They also have candles and balloons on the side for purchase. Try the tres leches rellena de caramelo (the best)! Cupcakes from here are also amazing - overall a great bakery. Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
