This place is disgusting! I was sitting outside in the parking lot and a worker came out from the back of the restaurant and started messing with 2 bags that were sitting on the ground in the back parking lot. After a few seconds of feeling around to feel what was inside she picked up both bags and took them towards the back of the building. I thought she was going to throw them away.. NOPE! I went inside and saw that she brought them inside and sat them on the counter. One of the other workers started opening the bag to see what was inside. I immediately walked out because that is disgustingly hand completely against health code. I’m going to file a report and hope they get a surprise health inspection. So glad i waited before initially walking in. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I brought up a concern when I placed an order and how the quantity of food did not match what I ordered and the young gentleman at the register proceeded to argue and said that they will not change the description online will not change the picture online to match what they give you instead they charge the same price for what you get which is only half of the order I ordered the spring rolls and it shows too I got one and I brought up the crab rangoons I ordered two because that's what the picture showed again and I only got one and the portion of the side of noodles was very skimpy I go to the New Tokyo location in youngsville and I have great service absolutely outstanding the people there are very well they're usually able to communicate with you this place absolutely not this place is the opposite Meal type: Lunch Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
