A very close friend of the family’s mom passed away and we needed food for a Shiva, I spoke with Darren the owner, explained what we needed and our budget, and that I needed this order to be delivered. Darren knew exactly what we needed was very respectful of our budget and went out of his way to deliver it for us. The platter of bagels, cream cheese, lox and other toppings were greatly appreciated and enjoyed by everyone that attended the Shiva. I can’t say enough good things about this deli and the owner, the food was loved by all and Darren’s understanding of what we needed and his making sure it got where we needed it when we needed it is greatly appreciated by our family! Thank you Darren for all that you did for us. We have been in search of a good bagel for 5 years. Today we finally found THE PLACE! New York Bagel & Deli has awesome bagels! They are the best we have found in this area and are the closest to NY bagels that we have found. Although they are not quite as big as NY bagels and have less cream cheese than you would expect, the taste is awesome! They have several other items to include pastries, eclairs, black & white cookies and deli sandwiches. We will definitely return!
