(it's a lack of respect for the customer...black jeans with a sweater are fine in a pinch). Then my couscous was cold like that of several of my colleagues and cold couscous is less tasty. Although the semolina was good, the grain was coarse whereas you need a mixture of medium and fine grain. On the other hand, those who took the skewers enjoyed themselves. On a weekend in Bollene, we were looking for a restaurant for dinner and came across Newgrill by chance. And as luck would have it... very smiling and super pleasant staff, excellent cuisine. So, we reserved the following evening for homemade couscous which was more than perfect. I recommend it to anyone looking for very, very good home-cooked food at a very reasonable price.
