We are on a lobster roll tasting from south to the north. We went to the place specifically for the lobster roll. We orderd the lobster roll and got the bag of chips. They only had one left available for sale. We asked for a knife to cut it in half and were told they didn't have knives so we asked if the kitchen could simply cut it in half. The lady behind the counter acted like we asked if we could borrow her car. As aue walked to the kitchen she was shaking her head like we put her out. As she handed it to the kitchen she kept shaking her head like it was a major thing to ask. I would think cutting a sandwich in half at a restaurant would be no big deal. Either way the lobster roll was good but the service and attitude was terrible. We go to Boca Grande quite often and will never visit this place again.. if you want a great place to visit with decent food go to temptations it's only a few minutes away and way better. There is a reason that temptations was busy and Newlins closes for the summer.

Way too expensive for what they offer.... prices not listed for a reason. Then you get a surprise when you come to pay.

Best homemade soups EVER! I loved the cauliflower best, but the Butternut was a close second. Staff was very friendly.
