Love Ninos! It’s the perfect date night spot and it offers an amazing experience for any special occasion The staff is fabulous and so attentive, and the owners truly pour their heart into their food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $60–70 Recommended dishes: Ravioli

First time. NEW FAVORITE! My wife and I had heard about Nino's from a few people in our circle and always promised we'd check it out. Time was always limited though so we stayed with our tried an true haunts that we always visited, always ordering our favorites. I always say "life is too short to eat bad food" so why step away from a winning meal? In any event, lovers of great food and small venues that we are compelled us to finally give Nino's a shot and we are so glad we did! The service was on point and the owners are as genuine as they come. They too, lovers of fine food and family, and tradition. When we arrived we were warmly greeted, the room was filled and you could hear the din of conversation and tableware but because of careful seating arrangement and soft surfaces, it wasn't overpowering like in some other local restaurants. This attention to detail was passed through to seemingly every facet of the restaurant, including the food. I had the Smoked Lamb. To say it was perfect and delicious is doing the dish a disservice. It was the only meal in a very, very, long time that stopped me in my tracks, fork half way to a bite, it stopped me. It was perfect. The aroma, then the flavor. That moment. Perfect. My wife had a Beet Salad with grilled shrimp that was soooo good, I marked it to come back. The Mussels appetizer was an absolute showstopper. The tomato based broth was good enough to drink right out of the bowl. I should have. You can feel the love in their food. Eating at Nino's is like being invited into Jason and Shannon's home, every bite is old school eat-in-the-kitchen-with-Nona good. Seriously... It's not easy to make good Tiramisu but theirs is 5-star GREAT, so light and fluffy and amazing it was like little Nona angels made it. I'm not a paid reviewer, just a guy that loves good food and has a sixth sense for good people. This place has both. Do yourself a favor, if you've never been to Nino's on Bluebonnet, drop by and check it out, you won't regret that you did. PRO TIP - If you're a drinker... order the Smoked Old Fashion. Its Delicious but, the real real is the candied pecans at the bottom of the glass! It's all in details my friends. Hats off the Shannon and Jason, the staff, the chef and kitchen crew, and the bartender. Well done. We'll be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $70–80
