My family are loyal (beyond just birthdays) patrons and had the most disappointing experience last week. Due to a cantankerous toddler and teething we had to order pick up for my birthday. We purchased 2 full meals and my husband went with my drivers license to prove my birthday and he was refused the mug and sundae card. He is not one to fuss so he ended up purchasing the mug because it is tradition to get one. Do better nitty, this limit of access is atrocious, you made it function during Covid but are somehow not accommodating now? Will be taking our regular business elsewhere. This restaurant popped up when I was searching for local vegan burgers. I had the Impossible Gritty Burger and vegan chocolate shake. The burger was grilled and topped with their special sauce. The fries had a soft center with crispy edges. The shake was super chocolatey and texture was nearly identical to any dairy shake I'd have in the past. This is definitely a good option if you want the traditional burger bar experience. And best of all, they included a pickle spear but left it way over on the side where it wasn't touching anything else on the plate. Bonus points for that!
