No Name Pho provided an enjoyable dining experience with a few standout moments that are worth noting. The wings impressed with their flavor and perfectly crispy texture, striking that delicate balance of seasoning and crunch that makes them irresistible. The Banh Mi, while decent and satisfying, didn't particularly stand out. It was enjoyable but lacked the distinctive flair that separates good from great. The pleasant surprise of the night was finding Orion beer on the menu. It's not often you see this gem from the Pacific on offer at Asian restaurants, but it's one of the best beers you can find in the region, in my opinion. Having it available made the dining experience much more memorable, providing a refreshing and flavorful pairing with the food. Overall, No Name Pho has some notable dishes and a unique beer selection that makes it worth a visit. If you're a fan of Orion beer or enjoy well-seasoned wings, you'll find something to love here. Just ordered take out for the first time- this place is amazing. I love that you can create your own bowl, as someone who loves beef broth but prefers chicken as the main protein. And they package everything to go so thoughtfully and give you everything you would need!
