I would give this place a solid 4.5 if it wasn’t so overpriced. The drinks aren’t made bad at all, but two very simple cocktails at 1500 pesos is a bit ridiculous. Price per person: ₱1,400–1,600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

This Filipino-inspired afternoon tea Merienda Cena offers unlimited servings of both savories and sweets, including beverages. Other than the usual selections - sandwiches, scones and cakes, I was pleasantly surprised by the pancit palabok served. And to truly spoil us, the desserts were made upon order and utterly delectable, a perfect ending to the afternoon of indulgence. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
