the lady behind the bar was so rude it was actually off putting! £38 for 3 drinks robbing us blind. won’t step foot in here again and would recommend you don’t either! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Hi Rachel, I’m very sorry to hear about your experience at our venue last night. I have spoken with the member of our team in question and would like to extend my apologies for how you were treated. I would like to discuss this further if you could please provide more details on how you were treated and what was said so we can avoid this happening again. In terms of our drinks prices I can see that you were charged accordingly for 3 double house spirit and mixers. Our drinks prices work out at £12.36 for double house spirit and mixers. This is in line with the Manchester City Centre area, also considering we do not charge for entry to the venue. We understand that this may feel higher than prices in other cities or areas in the outskirts, but unfortunately, the prices we set have to cover our significant operating costs. Let me start off by saying this - I love me a good bar. The music, the drinks, the vibes, and the way the night flows NoHo hits all them marks - Quality bartenders who have great customer service and make sure you're taken care of with a smile on your face & a drink in your hand Music matches the vibes with their resident DJ being a killer on the decks keeping the energy alive! Bouncers are professional - They make sure the venue is safe and keeping trouble to a minimum - Don't start trouble and you'll be fine! I'm a regular here, and will continue to be, no doubt about it - great place to go to for a party with friends, or for a cheeky solo venture after work Price per person: £1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
