For the second time because of friends we went to this restaurant. I had an indifferent experience the first time, ie not positive and vowed I would not return. However as it had changed hands I went the second time. Unfortunately the same blonde Dutch waitress was still employed, what a disappointment. After asking a few qualifying questions regarding gluten free options and the uninformed response I was ready to leave if I was not in a group however if it was just myself and my wife I would have. I'm a coeliac, I have dietary requirements which she has little knowledge of. I asked if they served a gluten free beer which she responded " I did not know that existed". Not encouraging about the meal I was about to eat and whether I would be okay eating... good job it's not a nut allergy! There is nothing on the menu indicating vegetarian, vegan, gluten free or any other allergen which I believe is standard in restaurants. I don't want to be critical of the restaurant however I believe this could be, or should be addressed. I won't be returning a third time. If you don't have any issues with allergens, go for your life, enjoy your meal if you do, go somewhere where the staff care, clearly this member of staff does not! The food, service and fun is another level. We've visited their sister place Luma many times for breakfast and have looked forward to trying Nolo's for dinner and we were not disappointed. Food is wonderful, well presented and amazing portions. We'll be back. Their Burger is great! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Burger
