Today, I had a wonderful experience at NOMAS at Riyadh Marriott Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and elegant welcome that immediately created a sense of comfort and genuine hospitality. The restaurant presents Saudi cuisine in a creative and contemporary way, preserving the authenticity of traditional flavors while adding a distinctive modern touch. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with thoughtfully designed details that enhance the overall dining experience. The service was professional, attentive, and friendly throughout. My sincere thanks to the entire team for this memorable experience, which beautifully combined exceptional food with outstanding hospitality and special thanks to Hamod for his caterer. The tartare was impeccably fresh, enhanced by a beautifully balanced Saudi twist through delicate spices that added depth, warmth, and character without overpowering the dish. Then came the gastronomic kebsa — a luxurious and contemporary interpretation of an iconic classic. The rice, quite honestly among the best I have ever tasted, was perfectly executed: fragrant, light, and crafted with extraordinary precision. A dish that seamlessly blends heritage, emotion, and fine dining artistry. Their spectacular bread basket also deserves special recognition. Both visually stunning and incredibly delicious, it feels like a true signature creation of the restaurant — so original and memorable that it could easily inspire its own boutique concept or miniature collection. I visited to celebrate Mother’s Day and was genuinely touched by the thoughtful and elegant gesture from the team, which added an even more personal dimension to an already outstanding evening.
