One of our team members stepped in because seasoning had spilled on the counter, and he was trying to help guests use it in a way that wouldn’t create a mess. It sounds like this came across differently to you, and we apologize for that. It also seems there may have been a misunderstanding around the seasoning station (togarashi chili powder), which is meant for guests who purchased food from our stall. We’ll work on making that clearer so no one feels uncomfortable. We’re sorry the ramen didn’t meet your expectations and that the overall experience felt off.
