Was supposed to be open till 10pm. Showed up at 9:45 and they told me “it’s been slow” and they’d clearly been expecting to get out of there, so refused to make any food. Why say you’re open if you’re not? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered delivery and I was disappointed because when I opened my container with potstickers, there was a solid thick black hair in it. I called Noodles and Company just to let them know that they should be more careful and I just asked if they wear hair nets. I spoke to some lady who said they wear hats and offer hair nets but they just wear hats. Which is fine I just think they should be more careful. Also that lady who answered, she was so flat and like bland. She clearly didn't not give a crap because she just said ok when I called. Like the most useless no I've ever heard. After I told her my issue she said ok... followed by the longest most awkward pause. I think she's clueless or new but she did not provide great or any service really. I'm sure she's cool when not at work but BOOOOO! To you lady. Anyway, the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles was good. The stars go to the food not the service I was provided.
