Gnocchi was definitely a favourite! Fluffy and soft with lamb ragu that is super tender. Though the sauce was a little tangy for my liking. Pizza was tasty with a great thin base Spicy sausage could be more spicy and only some parts had the chilli flakes. An even distribution of the sausage would have made it 10/10. Friendly service by all the staff we encountered:) Tiramisu was average. We prefer it less dry and maybe a little more coffee kick.

I initially found myself at Nora’s Pizza House simply as a backup plan. We couldn't secure a dining reservation inside Alba Thermal Springs, so we decided to grab a bite here before heading over for our soak. I honestly didn't have very high expectations for a pre-spa meal, but this establishment completely shattered them and delivered an unforgettable dining experience. The food is nothing short of exceptional. They serve authentic wood-fired pizza, and the execution is absolutely flawless. The crust has an incredibly satisfying, crispy crunch to it, and the overall balance of flavor and texture is just perfect. We also ordered the pasta, which was another massive surprise. You can immediately feel the absolute freshness of the dish, and the flavors were remarkably vibrant and delicious. If I had to point out one incredibly minor flaw, perhaps just my inner cocktail enthusiast being a bit particular about beverage details. It would be that they don't use rock ice for their drinks. However, that is a tiny detail in an otherwise perfect meal. If you are planning a trip to the hot springs or just happen to be in the area, do yourself a favor and eat here. Highly recommended! I tried their pizzas and must say it was ok but not great. The pizza base was very thin and crispy. I think it might’ve been over cooked because I was struggling to cut through the very thin crispy base. The toppings though were tasty. The service was great. I will go back again for a second time in hope the pizza will be better. Atmosphere was nice Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
