Nice place, the only problem is the smell of the food. You will definitely smell like food when you live. Otherwise, great service and friendly atmosphere

Had an unpleasant experience here. As soon as we walked in to the restaurant we were confronted by the powerful smell of rancid cooking oil. The staff did not mention it at all. We purposely did not order anything that required deep frying for this reason. The food that did come was passable save for the Buffalo brussel sprouts which were quite good and are the only reason for the two stars. The entire meal was sourced by the smell of rancid oil which permeated our clothes into the next day. A restaurant with that problem should not have opened that day and been professionally cleaned to get rid of that kind of odour. I'm well aware restaurants are struggling during the recent lockdowns but this was unacceptable.

Nuit Social is located on Queen West near Dufferin. This small intimate restaurant specializes in make your own charcuterie boards and a variety of small and larger plates for sharing. The restaurant seats around 25-30 people, mixture of tables, high tops, and bar seating. My partner and I dropped by on a Saturday night, we made reservations ahead of time just in case. We were promptly greeted and shown to a high top table in front of the bar. We ordered drinks and decided upon 5 meats and 3 cheeses for our charcuterie board. We also shared buffalo style brussel sprouts and had a seared sushi steak to share. For dessert, we had the parmesan cheesecake which was the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, friendly service, great vibe and atmosphere, and delicious food! If you're a fan of charcuterie, definitely recommend checking this place out.
