To be absolutely clear, we have never asked for, expected, or required tips from any of our customers. Tipping is entirely optional in Japan, and we do not request it from our guests. If you left a tip because you believed it was expected or required, please contact us directly and we will gladly refund it. That has never been our intention. We also apologize if the baked beans listed on the menu were not served. If that was the case, it was our mistake. Had we been aware of the issue during your visit, we would have gladly corrected it and apologized in person. We also remember that this was not your first visit. In fact, you visited us on consecutive days during your stay, and we are grateful that you chose to return.Thank you for your visits and for your feedback.
