I had chilaquiles, and they were not too strong or salty. They were very tasty. There are several tables in the backyard, so it’s nice to sit outside when the weather is fresh. The freshly baked bread is also very delicious. It’s a great place to meet friends and have a casual chat. The refillable coffee of the day was also very good! Update 2 years later. Still approaching the best bakery in Merida. Enclosed are chocolate and almond croissants, Onze apple pie with homemade apple filling, crumble and super buttery flakey crust a trademark of Onze Aroma a Pan. Still one of the best French style bakery and café / restaurants in Merida. Delicious Elephant Ear pastries chock full of butter in each of its flaky layers - you taste it. Delicious sour dough breads made that day. Real dark chocolate almond croissants again crispy buttery pastry layers crispy on the outside somewhat softer on the inside but absolutely delicious! Blueberry cheese danish that was out of this world. They have an Apple variety as well. Regional coffee beans locally roasted makes for excellent coffees and espressos. They also have Matcha green teas and their own homemade Kombuchas made onsite. If you want something savory they have an outdoor patio restaurant that appeared to cater to an eclectic, professional upbeat crowd. Don't miss this place! Highly recommend!
