Very bad attitude from the female staff member. The place was empty and not crowded at all, yet her behaviour was unprofessional and hostile for no apparent reason. From the moment I walked in, she appeared unfriendly and uncomfortable, with a constant frown. When I decided to cancel my order, she cancelled it immediately without even asking what the issue was. I sincerely hope the business owners take this matter seriously and ensure that staff are trained to treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I love how I've never seen it packed. 1st time I went was about 1-2ppl at a time. Every table has a charging station. The Latte was great with alternative milk. I liked the spa music & the clean bathroom. 2nd time was 5-6 ppl at a time that would leave and others arrive. I didn't like the haram r&b music played. The bathroom was clean the first time but the 2nd time she didn't clean the bathroom until after 4 men who left a mess, leaving me having to clean, to use myself. The 3rd time the toilet seat was also broken and bathroom not clean. 4th time seat fixed, I removed photo and shared more photos. Other than that the ambience is lovely. Tucked away like a little secret waiting to be discovered, this café is the very definition of charm.
