This place is a scam..website says its all handmade real food, is just super basic takeaway, Went to shop to see about my missing delivery, shop is a different pizza restaurant selling the same food for half the price...the whole thing reeks of a scam... Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed an order with oddies pizza not too long ago, ordered online, it asks if you’re happy to pay extra for delivery as we were outside of the delivery band, I was fine with this, selected yes and paid extra. Order received no problem. Ordered today, same process online i.e. outside of delivery area are you happy to pay extra, I selected yes. Payment went through but order was cancelled. When calling it was because we were outside of delivery area. I paid extra for delivery for being outside of the delivery area, they took the funds for the food and cancelled it anyway. Absolutely awful customer service when I called. Really really disappointing.

Thanks for your 1 star review and sorry for the inconvenience Ms Fanning, as we updated our delivery area, we do not do delivery CW3 area anymore but in recent future we will do it again. When you place as order online and paid online you will get your moneyback automatically. Customer service only can help you with only your order and order related problem. Customer service has no access to your bank account or apple pay but you have, which we advised you over the phone. If you not get you money back next 72 hours, please give us a call or send us an email to oddiespizza@gmail.com and we will help you. thank you
