Great first experience at Off the Hook! The service was exceptional. The lovely lady at the counter was welcoming, friendly, and helpful when it came to choosing from their extensive menu. We ordered the Captain's Catch and the blooming onion. The fish was delicious with a light, crispy batter, and overall the meal was very good. The only surprise was that the shrimp still had the tails on, which wasn't obvious through the batter. The blooming onion was also pretty messy and not something I'd order again. Overall, I'd definitely come back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Amazingly huge portions. Cod and chips was fantastic and the prawn and scallop and fish combo was enough to feed three people. Very, very friendly staff. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We caught a reel of this place and it did not disappoint Firstly the service was some of the best that my wife and I have seen in a long long time. Shout out to Joseph especially! It was such a friendly and welcoming environment. It's great to see a business where the owner instills such a great level of customer care. The portions of food were massive and everything tasted outstanding. They aren't messing around when they say jumbo shrimp! I had the captain's feast and my wife, a two piece, couldn't finish off either of them. The traffic was steady the whole time and they did have a waiting period for good reason. Be sure to call and order ahead when you go. We highly recommend this amazing place. The name rings so very true because this restaurant was so awesome!
