Annoyingly, they messed up my Uber Eats order yesterday. HOWEVER, today, after reordering what was missing yesterday, I was surprised and received two cinnamon buns instead of just 1 as well as a free cookie with a thank you note. Mess ups happen; it's all about how you make up for it. Good job & thanks Off the Gluten Path for rectifying this and going the extra mile to make up for the mistake! Oh my God. Had one of the best days of my life discovering off the Gluten Path today. Bought numerous stunners and best cream cheese and salmon bagel ever, gobbled it in the shop and had to buy another one for eating in the car back to Hout Bay! Hands down my favourite cafe, for obvious reasons such as me being severely allergic to gluten, and how delicious everything is, but also because they have the friendliest staff! The owner comes out to chat with customers, and the staff members are exceptionally friendly. I always leave feeling elated, and love having a chat with Lusanda when she's in. I highly recommend Off the Gluten Path :)
