I’ve had ramen at places where there’s a line down the street no matter the hour of the day in other cities. This matches that level of quality and large portions, and I have no idea how this place isn’t constantly packed with a line down the road as well. Anything I get here is absolutely incredible. The sashimi is giant portions and melt in your mouth. Fatty tuna - holy crap good. First time I’ve had pepper tuna of that quality as well. Only quirk is that spicy salmon is their base for many of the rolls. I haven’t tried it yet as I’m not a spicy salmon fan, but honestly I’m sure it would change my mind if I tried it here. I wasn’t a fan of wasabi (actually hated it) but I tried one of their special dishes which used a dash of wasabi and it was incredible. This place is so darn good, it’ll convince you that the only reason you may not like something is because you haven’t had it made well before. Seriously. Shocked this isn’t an upscale downtown Denver place. I come here like every 2-3 days because it’s just so consistently top notch at a really good price. An absolute gem in Lone Tree. My family decided to try Moonga while visiting the area from out of state. After just the one visit it is now our new Colorado sushi and ramen choice! I personally ordered the spicy tantan ramen and it was the best ramen I’ve ever had. All of the sushi everyone ordered was very fresh and delicious. The service was great and very kind. The business was extremely clean also. So if you find yourself in the same spot as us and cannot decide between all of the many sushi and ramen options, I would say pick this one! I went for a long hike at Bluffs and planned to grab dinner from Moonga Sushi afterward. After the hike, I was hot, sweaty, and absolutely ravenous for some sushi. I decided to order to-go, and I was not disappointed! The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, and the service was quick. The sushi was amazing—fresh and flavorful, well-made too. The atmosphere of the restaurant was so relaxing and zen, perfect for unwinding after a hike. Also, the bathrooms were spotless, which is always a plus. I’ll definitely be ordering from here next time I’m in town! Thank you! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
