Been here twice now and both times the service, atmosphere, food, drink and decor were spot on. I highly recommend a visit. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

After a night out at Dudley town hall poped in to the old priory a karaoke was on but after standing at the bar for about 10 minutes I couldn't get the attention of the bar man he was just standing talking to someone and ignored me it was great last time I was in there before the pandemic sadly not so great now if you're not a local they don't seem to want to serve you as for the response the date I was there was on 15th Oct 2021 at around 10pm that was on a Saturday at no time did I say in the review it was a Thursday night

We care about every customer that comes to the old priory not just our regulars and I’m sure that is not the case. May I ask when you came in as we do not have a karaoke on a Thursday night?? I’m sorry you could not get the attention of the staff and this will be bought to their attention to ensure that this does not happen again. The pub is still managed by the same person and she thrives to offer a warm welcoming atmosphere with exceptional customer service and will not take this complaint lightly. If you could give details of date and time of this visit we would be very great full Thank-you for your feedback and we apologise for your unacceptable experience In response of the Thursday comment the reason I said this is because it was posted on Thursday 9th of December sorry for the mid understanding. This was due to people usually reviewing the day of the incident not some time later. Thank you for your response Regards kelly moses Manager
