We had our wedding at The Olde Mill Inn on 5/2/26 and it was the best day ever! The staff was extremely kind and welcoming to the families, bridal party and all guests. We cannot say enough positive things about our maitre d, David. He was there every step of the way to make sure things ran smoothly and that everything was set up as we liked. Guests raved about the food (both the cocktail hour and the main course). The convenience of being able to walk up to your hotel room was also a huge plus. The grounds were beautiful, all of the rooms were decorated nicely and the hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the bridal suite and master suite for getting ready and photos. Having everything in one place was so convenient and made things so easy. It is beautiful with attentive, kind staff and amazing food. We had the best experience and will continue to recommend The Olde Mill Inn to all future couples. Service: 5

I've held two 50-person lunches here, with one excellent (last year) and one terrible (last month) experience. Despite providing a breakdown of meal selections ahead of time and printing all name tags with meal selections, it was difficult to get the waiters to serve people the correct meals. We paid an extra $400 to have a vegetarian option. Of the three people who preordered it, only one got the vegetarian meal served. So, not only did I pay $400 for that single entree, but two vegetarians had to eat a meat entree. I couldn't get the wait staff to understand that this was a problem. For dessert, I had to ask for my chocolate mousse cake three times before the by-now-fed-up waiter brought me a piece straight out of the freezer: as hard as glass. (My wife's was only frozen in the middle.) Service between courses was a bit slow, but not too bad. Coffee was served after all the dessert plates were cleared, which I found odd and a bit annoying. Payment took 45 minutes because the point of sale network was down, and the venue would not accept a personal check. When they had my credit card upstairs, they photocopied it front and back without my permission, which I found quite irritating. In summary, the experience here isn't a reliable one, and that's a problem when you're organizing a group dinner. Service: 2
