Ole Jax was my favorite burger joint when I was in high school, back in the 70’s, and they still make delicious tacos, burgers, and everything else on their menu. This is a true American Icon style, Family owned, Family oriented restaurant, who obviously still cares about serving their customers meals that they’ll enjoy, enough to keep them coming back. I could live the rest of my life, on nothing but their Pancho Villa, and Ole Jax delicious tacos. Thank You Ole Jax family and staff, for keeping a true Lovington tradition alive and worth looking forward to! C U next time and every time I’m in town!

I was raised in Lovington, have been living elsewhere for 46 years, recently went back for a visit. Ole Jax still has the BEST tacos on the planet! You can't get them like that anywhere else! My husband agrees! I wish they would e-mail me the recipe!
