Disappointing experience at Ole Cafe. The service was extremely slow, and it seemed like the staff was understaffed. One waiter was struggling to keep up, and there was no cashier, manager, or supervisor in sight. Huge thanks to the barista wearing glasses who worked extremely hard with perfectly professional to prepare our drinks, including an excellent coffee that was made with care and explanation from him, However the food was a letdown, especially considering the positive reviews about their breakfast menu. We visited afternoon and the menu items were tasteless and most items are not available in the restaurant subpar. It's clear that the management needs to step up and address the staffing issues, as it's impacting the overall experience. Unless things change, I wouldn't recommend Ole Cafe. Hopefully, the top management will take notice and make necessary improvements to provide a better experience for customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
