The Chicken Shawarma Quinoa Bowl is described on our menu as chicken shawarma, quinoa, and Lebanese salad. It doesn't mention hummus, promise hummus, hint at hummus, or even whisper "hummus" from across the room. Our chicken is seasoned with traditional Lebanese shawarma spices and served with our authentic Lebanese garlic sauce, exactly as described. If hummus was what your heart was craving, we do have several other menu items that include it. We're always happy to make things right when we make a mistake, but in this case, it appears we delivered exactly what was ordered. If we're missing something, we'd love to better understand your concern—because right now, we're feeling a bit like we're being graded down for following the recipe!
