Dear guests,We would like to clarify what REALLY happened. You used our beach sunbeds without ever ordering anything, even though they are free only for customers who make a purchase. Later, you requested sparkling water, not tap or regular bottled water and then refused to pay for it, insisting that “everywhere in Crete it’s free,” which is simply not true! After that, you came to our main restaurant building (not the beach area, where we serve coffee, drinks and snacks) and asked for an orange juice during lunch service, when the restaurant operates exclusively for food orders.We also noticed that your mother’s Google profile reviews at other venues show repeated complaints and “bad experiences,” including being refused service, which strongly suggests that the issue might not be with the businesses, but with your own behavior.Respectfully,Olli Restaurant
