When they were there we went up to twice a week, we ordered rice omi, they served it on a plate for a large meal and it was I think 60 pesos, then they reduced the plate and made it more expensive but we understood it all went up, we kept going but every day it was worse, more exhausted and expensive but today was the last straw I wanted to go and throw away the plate full of hard cold rice and a bed of microscopic surimi 4 pieces of Philadelphia and four pieces of avocado and the dried fish that previously made it shine due to its absence and 140 pesos here are the photos I will never go back Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: MX$100–200

For many years he had been a regular customer of Omi Sushi, in at least three of its locations. However, COVID arrived and this was no longer so easy. Today I returned after several years of absence tasting several of their dishes, mainly the fresh Tuna Tataki. Unfortunately, my memories were very distant, as the service took, first, the 30 minutes they mentioned. And then, when they made a mistake and wanted to give me strips of baked tuna like Tataki, another 15 minutes to prepare it properly. Both the chef and the manager offered me an apology, which I accepted. I requested 7 dishes. When I got home I realized that they only gave me 6. The Tataki was made with recycled and smoked tuna, instead of fresh tuna. The chicken cuts were poorly done in the tepanyaki, and the yakimeshi rice had an unappetizing consistency. I called to get a deposit for the seasoned mushrooms, and they told me that in one to two hours the boss would be contacting me to make the payment. It is very sad that the quality that this restaurant represented is lost due to such atrocious service. I'll have to look for a place that truly lives up to those expectations that Omi Sushi had created in me. Or at least try it in another of its locations.
