Hi I am very sorry you feel like this? I’m not a new owner I have had one world for three years? Can you tell me what time you came in and who served your cocktails and I will make sure They have the right training? We have live music tonight so maybe they were setting up im not sure but thanks so much for your feedback knowing what we are doing wrong gives us the chance to improve. Would you like to come back for two cocktails on the house so we can show you our cocktails are amazing! Many thanks Hayley Griffiths
