We haven't even sat down to eat. Apart from a slow and unprofessional prior attention by phone when booking: mistaken date by the very slow waiter, repetition over and over again of the time, number of people, personal details..., upon entering the dining room at 1:55 pm glassed in with empty tables and easy ventilation, even a couple of entrances - tall glass doors - were open, it was cold and there was a more than considerable draft due to the air conditioning working! The worst thing is that the older manager or waiter who seemed to be in charge has denied me several times in a row that he was there! adding that I would put it later yes or yes because it has to be put (be careful, we are in April and with the doors already open it was enough). I asked a waiter who was passing without having any idea of the conversation and he happily pointed out saying yes it was working. It is incredible that now the client is no longer right, that they can be treated with a lack of education and arrogance and to top it all off, they are blatantly lied to!! If the staff is or feels hot - that must be the real problem - they should also put in ceiling fans for these situations, e.g. In any case, the dining room was empty, the terrace was full and the manager or similar, with very little education and without knowing how to treat customers.
