We recently stayed at the grand Hyatt in Atlanta while visiting family. We ended up at the Fabled bar every night, just out of convenience. The bar is beautiful and very lively, even during the week and basically full every night. The menu is limited but adequate. The crowd was mixed. We did meet some people that we will definitely keep in touch with, but there were also some people that were disruptive. However, the service was spectacular. I really appreciated the attention and dedication of our server, who was there multiple nights. He was just so darling. It made every evening special. Service has always huge for me when I review and can even take precedence over food and atmosphere. Therefore, in terms of service, this is a five star plus review. Our servers name is Aldrin so if you go he sure to ask for him he’s a dream also in terms of the disruptive people or person as the case was management came and shut it down immediately. And I definitely appreciated that. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited The Fabeled last night for dinner while an event was taking place. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. There appeared to be only one server managing the entire event, and I had to actively seek her out just to place my order. Once the order was submitted, there was a significant delay before the food arrived. When the food was finally delivered, it was dropped at the table without utensils, napkins, or any follow-up, and the server disappeared again. I was never able to find her or any server for that matter after that. The meal, a burger and fries, was cold, hard, and unappetizing. There was no staff member available to address the issue or allow me to send the food back. She never gave me a receipt, but I checked my bank account to see that I was charged $31 For a $20 burger. I left feeling, robbed, frustrated, and disappointed, especially because I had heard great things about this restaurant and was genuinely looking forward to dining here. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and consider rectifying this issue to allow me the opportunity to revisit the restaurant under better circumstances.
