Authentic Colombian food, generous plates, and a super chill vibe I had a really great meal at Origen Comida Típica. If you want to try real Colombian “comida típica” in a place that feels local, simple, and well executed, this is a very good choice. The food was exactly what I hoped for: comforting, flavorful, and cooked properly. Everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and homemade — not “touristy” at all. The soup was perfect (warm, tasty, and satisfying), and the main plate was super filling with a great balance of ingredients. It’s the kind of meal that makes you feel good after eating — authentic and hearty. The service was friendly and efficient. People were welcoming, the timing was good, and we felt taken care of without any stress. Simple and professional. The atmosphere is also a big plus: relaxed, calm, and nice to sit and enjoy your food. I loved the setup — it feels like a casual spot where you can just take your time and enjoy. Overall: great typical Colombian food, good portions, good value, and a pleasant experience. I would definitely come back and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Great breakfast with high quality ingredients and good coffee, great views from the patio, friendly service, and good prices. Hard to beat for a breakfast in Miraflores. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: COP 1–20,000
