The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice but the food and menu was quite disappointing! The menu is no where near what other Tommy’s burgers have, in fact the only thing they had was about a dozen burgers, mostly with chili (which is fine) but I came in for a Pastrami sandwich which they don’t have on the menu, so I thought ok, I’ll just get a bacon cheeseburger, nope.. no bacon So I order a classic burger and the cashier asked me “do you want the quarter pound patty or the small patty” (???) I asked what’s the difference? She says the small patty is half the quarter pounder (You mean a 1/8 patty?) I ordered the 1/4 pounder and so did my husband (he got chili on his). Food was fairly fast to the window, but the minute I took a bite on my burger, I instantly knew the patty was ABSOLUTELY NOT a 1/4 pound of meat (pic attached). WHO WANTS 1/8 lbs patty? I paid for a 1/4 lbs burger and that patty was PAPER THIN! Also skimped on the fries too I won’t be back that’s for sure! Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

First and last time I'll be coming to this place. First, there was no line, and it took them 5 minutes to take my order. The food was terrible. I ordered a plain hot dog for my 6 year old daughter, and the sausage was old and chewy. The bun was stuck to the paper it was wrapped in. Actually, only the lemonade was good... Oh, and $7 for a plain hot dog

I've been coming to this place for over a year, met most of the crew that works here. All of them are vocal and happy to take the orders. I always love coming in and hearing their welcome, it does add a positive tone to the atmosphere! Love you all at Original Tommy's!
