No no no. Where do I start. Probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The lady that took my order was super nice but from there everything went South there was no soap in the bathrooms and they smell terrible. I asked for soap they offered me hand sanitizer. I had to get plastic utensils from the bin and everyone can touch. I ordered a salad with ginger dressing and it tasted nothing like ginger dressing. They brought me my food it was fair at best. I had to douce it with seasoning to get any flavor. I have eaten at hundreds of Japanese Hibachi restaurants and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Really y’all it is that bad. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Not near as good as the full blown osaka restaurant. The wasabi was horrible. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I ordered Hibachi Steak Yaki Soba (which has noodles) from Osaka Express and was extremely disappointed. When I got my order, it was just steak, broccoli, and onions, no noodles at all. I had already left by the time I noticed, so I called the restaurant to let them know about the mess up. Instead of being helpful or apologetic, the person on the phone had an attitude and told me there was nothing they could do about it. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service on top of it makes it worse. Safe to say I won’t be ordering from here again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone else coming here as well. Unbelievable!
