Really great shawarma that you can have as a bowl, in a wrap, as a salad, or over rice. You must try to the baklava cheesecake. It is amazing. The service is so good. All smiles and generous servings. Whoever owns this place should give the employees a raise! They made sure we were fans and will definitely be back!! 5 stars! Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Halal. Kosher. And probably gluten free.

A, this is awesome to read. So glad you tried Osmow’s and loved the shawarma—especially how flexible you can have it as a bowl, wrap, salad, or over rice. And that baklava cheesecake comment? You’re officially on my list. We’re also really happy you felt looked after—sounds like the team made you feel welcome and kept the servings coming. Hope you swing by again soon for another round of all the favourites!

I’ve been coming to Osmow’s for a long time and I know how hard it is for restaurants to keep customers coming back, especially with so many food options around. That’s why customer service and consistency matter. During my recent visit with my family, Antonella helped us and we requested the chicken to be grilled. She put a good amount aside for our bowl and was doing everything properly. While she was helping another customer, another employee took over making our bowl and barely put any chicken, trying to spread it around to make it look like more. As paying customers spending our hard-earned money, that honestly didn’t sit right with us. We ended up asking Antonella to continue making our bowl instead, and she handled everything professionally. Even while another employee was telling her not to put as much chicken, she still focused on making the bowl correctly and treating us fairly as customers. I just want to recognize Antonella for her professionalism, fairness, and good attitude. Employees like her are a big reason customers continue supporting a business. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
