We stumbled onto this place accidentally and we're so glad we did! The food was amazing, the ambiance was so much better than the other restaurants on the main road and the service was great.! We just wish we had discovered it before arriving so we could have taken a cooking class.

We attended a pesto making class here. Luca was a great host and teacher. We got all the ingredients along with a mortar and pestle to mix them. We got some great tips on how to enhance the flavor along with some shortcuts that would still have the flavor. Great experience.

Poor Service, we sat outside and ask to change the table. They refused to change our table, but offered spray for mosquitoes outside. (even before water was served). At the time whole restaurant was empty, but server refused to change our table.Provided tap water instead of bottled water and charged us for bottled water. 10 minutes later was informed that one of the main course ordered is not available, as we don’t have sauce. However you can’t cancel order as we have started making other items. Pasta was very dry. We paid and left 70% of our food. Had to eat something else.No one at the restaurant cared even when we left unhappy with most of the food on the table.Please don’t waste your time and money coming to Osteria Maite.
