After reviewing both the video and audio recordings, we can confidently say that the events described in this review did not occur as stated.The footage shows that members of your group entered the establishment and attempted to engage one of our bartenders in a personal matter. Our bartender chose not to participate, and your group then left shortly afterward. At no point do the video or audio recordings show anyone being publicly ridiculed, shamed, or harassed as described in this review.We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, or the mistreatment of anyone struggling with addiction or any other personal challenge. Had the events described in this review occurred, they would have been addressed immediately.We stand behind our staff and their professionalism, and we remain committed to providing a respectful environment for both our customers and employees.We have retained the security footage, including audio recordings, from that evening and are fully prepared to provide it to the appropriate parties if necessary, as it does not support the allegations made in this review. If there has been a misunderstanding, we welcome the opportunity to discuss it privately.
