Really long wait times. came here with mum and dad and me and mum had ordered pork belly and my dad ordered a prawn cocktail (we asked this to come out first) and he ordered a steak as his main. When the prawn cocktail came out it came out with me and my mums meal too which meant when me and my mum had done our pork belly meal my dad was waiting another 40 minutes for his main. it took such a long time that me and mum had ordered dessert so we could eat with dad. the steak wasn’t great at all but the pork belly was really good.

The place tries to position itself as fine dining, but the experience falls short. At the beginning, they present the dishes properly with cutlery and some level of attention, but that standard quickly drops. After that, no one bothers to clear the table or maintain the setting, which makes the whole experience feel inconsistent and careless. For the price point, the food is disappointing. A $48 steak served with basic chips feels completely unjustified, and the risotto does not even resemble what risotto should taste like. On top of that, the kitchen was closed without informing us in advance, so when we wanted to order more, we simply could not. Overall, it feels like a place that wants to be fine dining in appearance, but lacks the consistency, service discipline, and execution to actually deliver that standard. We had a wine event at Ottie's on Thursday and the team, food and service where perfect. The food was fresh tasty and the perfect amount for a lunch. Service was seamless. Sophia and her team went over and beyond through the whole event, including last minute changes. We will be back !! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $80–100
