I'm really sorry to hear about this experience as this is definitely not the way we want to run things in our restaurants and for our guests. Would it be possible for you to send a mail to info@ottopizza.dk with the date and time of the order? Then we will find a suitable compensation and also inform the personnel that were working on the specific date.
