I love this restaurant however tonight was not there best food wise, when we got home we realized they forgot my fries my wife's broccoli had no parmesan on them at all and her tenders looked horrible. the staff were very friendly as always but they were off there food game tonight

I have liked PDQ for years because they have a fabulous taste to their Chicken. today was the first time since Covid started that I have been able to go. I have to tell you that I was extremely sad and disappointed when I found out that the tater tots have been replaced with waffle fries just like Chick-fil-A. they have no flavor and are dry. I do not like them at all. My sandwich was delicious with the tater tots that I drove up to Sonic and bought so it would be just as good as before. why can't you have both. Love your chicken but miss the tarot tots ????‼️

Honestly food is great. Been to the Trinity location several times rudest customer service ever. Everytime forget to put stuff in the bag. Just not nice. I never complain but when you pay over $40 for fast food good service would be nice. One thing Chic Fil A has on you. Hopefully you address this. ( I don’t want any free) just wanted to make you aware
