Great experience at P.F. Chang's! The dumplings were delicious, and the teriyaki beef was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Our waiter, Daniel, was wonderful and provided excellent service. I had an outstanding experience with Chang! From start to finish, the service was exceptional, ask for PhilHe’s the waiter they have, he’s professional, and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and exceeded my expectations. The quality, attention to detail, and customer care were truly impressive. An Incredible Feast in a Beautiful Setting! We recently dined at P.F. Chang’s in Albuquerque, and the food alone easily earns this place a 5 star rating! To be fair, the service wasn’t the absolute best we've ever had, but we are pretty sure our server was in training, so they definitely deserve the benefit of the doubt. They were trying their best, and the kitchen absolutely knocked it out of the park. Beyond the food, the restaurant itself is stunning. The beautiful decor, dramatic lighting, and large murals create an amazing atmosphere that makes for a great night out. To Start Shrimp Dumplings: Sizzling pan fried and served in a savoury chili sauce. They were absolute perfection! Dynamite Shrimp: Tempura battered and tossed with a mouthwatering sriracha aioli. This dish is always so to die for that we ended up ordering it TWICE so we could have one each. The Entrees & Sides We ordered a great spread of mains to share, and everything was incredibly flavourful Mongolian Trio: A mix of chicken, beef, and shrimp tossed in their signature Mongolian sauce with broccoli, carrots, and green onions, served with white rice. It was absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. Teriyaki Trio: We love teriyaki, and this combination of chicken, beef, and shrimp with pineapple, bell peppers, broccoli, and onions topped with sesame seeds hit the spot perfectly. We paired this one with brown rice. Garlic Noodles: We got a side share of these stir fried noodles tossed in chilli spiced butter, garlic, and savory sauces. They were the perfect accompaniment to the trios. Dessert & Drinks Butter Cake: For dessert, we shared the golden butter cake, which comes with miso caramel and vanilla ice cream. It was phenomenal honestly, we could have easily eaten one each! Drinks: We washed everything down with a local draft beer and a Dragon Fruit Crush, which was incredibly refreshing and delicious. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Atmosphere: 5
