My boyfriend and I went here just for a casual dinner nothing fancy and it was probably the best place I've ever been too. It was absolutely beautiful there, the food was amazing, but it also had by far the best service ever. We had a very sweet lady with black hair and she was very friendly and constantly tending to us. I ordered the salmon and my boyfriend ordered the steak. We were immediately informed that there were trainies in the kitchen and the steak was not prepped, so they apologized and gave us the option to order something different but my boyfriend was perfectly fine waiting for about an hour ish. The entire time they kept checking in with us and apologizing which we weren't even upset at all! They also gave us a free appetizer as an apology and they took the about 40 dollar steak off our bill completely! They also gave him extra steak with his for free. So overall we got crab rangoons for free (they were extremely delicious the sauce was just a bit too strong for my liking but it was displayed beautifully!), I got the Miso Salmon (which was the best thing I've ever tasted and I loved the presentation), my boyfriend got the steak (which was taken off of our bill and it was amazing!), and we finished it off with dessert, I got the cheesecake and my boyfriend got the ice cream, both were very delicious. This place is absolutely amazing and catering to their customers. Definitely going to revisit again for my coming up birthday!! My experience at P.F. Chang’s was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The atmosphere felt elegant and exotic, and every dish arrived beautifully presented with bold, unforgettable flavors. What truly made the evening special was our waitress, Jordyn. She was warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and seemed to anticipate everything we needed before we even asked. Jordyn made us feel less like customers and more like honored guests enjoying a luxurious dining experience. She was so friendly that even a duck and a frog would have stopped arguing over the last bite just to enjoy the moment. The duck would have been quacking compliments, and the frog would have been saying the service was absolutely ribbit-ing. Her outstanding service transformed a wonderful meal into a truly memorable evening. P.F. Chang’s is fortunate to have someone as remarkable as Jordyn. I will absolutely be returning! This is always a perfectly operated restaurant in Appleton. The meals are always perfectly prepared and come out to the table hot. Most importantly is that the staff here is always pleasant, but today, our service from Tiana was exceptional. She was attentive without being over us every minute. My water glass was kept full throughout my meal, which is very important to me. Tiana has a very pleasant personality and really makes you feel welcome. She seems to be glad that you've chosen to come to P.F. Chang's and dine with them. It's a real treat to have a friendly server who wants to serve your dining desires and health needs...and always with a smile. When you dine here, ask for Tiana. You won't be disappointed with her wonderful service and delightful personality.
