2 stars and that’s only because the manager was really trying. Should have read the reviews before we came here. Being a national chain restaurant we just assumed it would be up to par with the other Pf Chang’s that we have been to before. the waiter took our drink and food order quickly and then never came back again. The manager brought our food and no one ever checked on us or if we needed more drinks. We had to ask the manager for the check and he acknowledged the poor service without us even complaining. I just wish they would not have sat us if they didn’t have enough staff. It made for a bad dinner for one of the few nights we were visiting Atlanta

Parking is difficult. Customer service is rude, however the gentleman whom I assume was the manager was polite. I called in a take out order yesterday for the Chefs Special for two crispy honey chicken sauce on the side, beef and broccoli, salad, egg drop soup, egg rolls. 10 minutes after I placed the order I received a phone call from a young lady stating they no longer had the Chefs Special even though it was on the menu. A asked to speak to manager a another young lady got on the phone, and stated they did in fact have the Chefs special, and the order was never put in. She took the order, and said 15 minutes however 45 minutes later when I got it the eggrolls, and salad where missing. Which I mentioned, and it was given too me. Once I got home I noticed what I thought soup was the honey sauce so my soup was missing, and instead of chicken they gave me shrimp. The hostess are rude the timing of everything is ridiculous. No one is ever at the front, and me as well as other patrons waiting 10 plus minutes to be acknowledged or seated when your fully staffed is ridiculous. I'll never spend my money at this establishment again. Not to mention the small portions if I wanted a kids meal I would have ordered a kids meal or went to McDonald's. I've already contacted corporate. I called you several times yesterday, but you weren't answering the phone.

Food was good but service felt very lackluster. No host at the stand as we walked in, waited like 10 minutes for a server and the food took forever. Our server was nice and again, the food was good as expected, but the service overall was just too poor. The new decor and overall vibe didn't feel great either. The old location had much more ambiance and was more comfortable. This one lacked that feeling and it makes me wonder if the restaurant is trying to be more casual, whereas it used to be more upscale. But yeah, at the end of the day it's just P.F. Chang's. Maybe I just went at a bad time. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
