Horrible customer service. Our server, Alexa, dropped a piece of my tempura on the floor while bringing my plate to the table. She apologized and said she would bring me a new roll, but instead she only brought out a single piece of tempura from the kitchen. On top of that, they brought me the wrong side salad and still charged me for it. They also brought an extra plate of Kung Pao that I never ordered, then simply picked it up from my table and served it to someone else. That was very unprofessional and unsanitary. The food itself was really tasty, but the service completely ruined the experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Good food in a nice ambience. Service was good as well. Parking - remember this is part of Grandscape. You will have to park in one of the lots or garages and walk to the restaurant. There is a drop off spot right in front of the restaurant as well. Cocktails were good - but they looked better than they tasted! . Tempura green beans were great. We also enjoyed the kungpao chicken. The mapo tofu was very good as well. Visited P.F. Chang's after quite some time, especially since so many new restaurants have opened in the area. It was great to be back and the food and service were just as wonderful as we remembered. We started with a couple of new drinks along with our favorite lettuce wraps, which are always a must. Every dish we ordered was delicious and full of flavor. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and we are definitely looking forward to visiting again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
