A lot of parking and cute restaurant with attentive staff. Coffee is strong, could use a little more condensed milk but I enjoyed it. I was craving bun bo hue which was why I came here. Sad to say that the broth was sweet and not spicy at all. Flavor didn't taste like bun bo hue and the noodles were slightly under cooked. However, the plate of veggies they gave was fresh. It didn't come with lime which I'm used to. I did like how their meat was very tender, but I didn't like how small the pieces of meat were cut up. It made it a little harder to grab. My friend had combination pho. It came it plenty of meat and the broth was so flavorful. Hands down the best broth in Las Vegas. They didn't give us any small dipping saucers for the hoisin and sriracha but it was ok. Pork spring rolls were also different from other restaurants because it had pickled daikon and carrots and a crispy fried rice paper. I enjoyed it. The server also offered us more peanut sauce when he saw us running low. Overall, not my go to for Bun Bo Hue but the pho here is really good!!

Took the chance and visited Pho & Beyond this afternoon and we were not disappointed. After trying countless Vietnamese restaurants in Las Vegas, this restaurant is the best in all aspects. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Our server was very attentive and courteous. And the food we ordered were delicious! We got Bún Bò Huế, Cơm Gà Xối Mỡ and Bánh Canh Cua today but will definitely come back to try more dishes when we visit Las Vegas again. 10 điểm không có nhưng. Loved the atmosphere! The wall paintings and decor are beautiful. The tv play videos of Vietnam, which was nice. We ordered the chicken pho with chicken broth, beef chow fun, and Vietnamese coffee. The food tasted good. The coffee was perfect! The portion of the chow fun was a bit smaller than usual for the price, but it was still satisfying.
