A Disappointment in Every Bite My recent visit to the burger joint left a lot to be desired in every aspect. From the service to the quality of the food, this experience was a real disappointment. Firstly, the service was slow and disorganized. They took our drinks and food orders, we ordered 4 beers, and snacks to share, Bacon chutney, we also wanted to order truffled Tequeños, but there were none left, the waiter told us, for hamburgers, 3 Emy burger and 1 Double smash. The waiter told us that the Emy sauce was a little bit spicy and he didn't try to explain much more to us or advise us anything else, whether it was a lot or a little. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested in providing adequate care to customers. We spent a while waiting for the drinks to be brought out and we realized that he had completely forgotten about us, we had to ask for them, the waiter had indeed forgotten about us. The Bacon chutney didn't take long to come out, it was delicious but it was not enough for four people, we would have eaten one each. As soon as we finished the snack, the burgers came out but I have to say that they are tiny, the meat was very bland in the case of the Emy and the sauce was not spicy at all, the Double Smash was really delicious, €15 seems excessive to me, I think For that price it was enough for a little more quantity. When we went to order desserts we were told that there were no desserts left and that they could not offer us anything other than the bill so that we could leave, we were not even offered the possibility of having a coffee. In addition to all this, there were tables enjoying their desserts. Despite the delay in the drink, within an hour they had finished us off and without realizing it we were already on the street. In short, it does not offer any value for money. The prices were excessive for the quality of the food and the service received. There is no justification for charging so much for such a poor experience. In summary, my experience was extremely disappointing in all aspects. From poor service to food quality to unappealing atmosphere, this place did not meet any of my expectations. I cannot recommend "El Soto del Prior" to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience. I certainly won't be returning.
