Every time I stop by, the scones and Iced Tea are great! I have always had great service from the friendly baristas. They are always polite and fast with the service! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This morning I ordered a coffee and pastry. My bill was $9.61, and I handed the barista a $20. She proceeded to tell me that they were out of change, so she would not be giving me back my .39 cents, implying that my only other option was to cancel my order. I asked her why she would just outright shortchange me just because they didn't have any change at 8:30 in the morning. She indignantly told me that "nobody uses cash." and then proceeded to tell me she would just dig my change out of her tip jar, and tossed .40 cents across the counter. Having worked in food service, and other service industries, the proper response wo9uld have been to round down on her side since the inconvenience was mine. Not being dismayed that I would be put off by being told I just wasn't getting my change because I was stupid enough to show up with cash. At 8:30 a.m., any place should have enough coins to give customers their proper change, instead of telling them they just aren't getting their change. I did return the four dimes she gave me from the tip jar, but this exchange should never happen. I always leave a $1 tip no matter what, but not this time. Customer service is important and younger people should be properly trained. I know it was only .39 cents, but people notice when retailers just announce they will be keeping their money instead of giving them the proper change. Yesterday I went with my mom. My mom ordered her a coffee after her appointment. And I was having issues with my app as I had a free coffee on it. So instead of holding up the line I went sat by the windows at a table to figure out what was going on. So finally I able to get my rewards so I just ordered over my phone so I could customize it how I wanted. Well right after I sent it the girl working was helping others. But when she saw the receipt come through she looked at me rolled her eyes and ripped the order from the refrigerator. Like it was a huge issue that I ordered online. And the whole time she kept giving me a dirty look and just was like she didn't want to be bothered. So I felt so off. And I usually tip well. So she lost out on that. So I left, lost out on a free coffee and went to Starbucks across the street. Let's just say they were way more welcoming and yes I ordered on there app also. So from now on when I on that end of town I will go to Starbucks instead. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
